I'm an investor in Colorado and I am looking to get a HELOC on my primary residence. I'm looking for some recommendations. Thanks
A HELOC can be a great tool for investors, depending on how you plan to deploy the capital.
Out of curiosity, are you looking to use the funds for acquisitions, renovations, or as working capital for your investment business?
Feel free to send me a DM with a few details about your property and what you're trying to accomplish. I'd be happy to review your scenario and see whether a HELOC—or another financing structure—would be the best fit.

@James Archibeque A HELOC can be a great tool for investors when used strategically. Hopefully you'll get some solid lender recommendations here. Best of luck with your search and future investments!

I am nearly finished with mine through third federal. They had the best rates/offer I have seen. I have a duplex and it took forever though, so maybe quicker with a single family. Security Services is a frequent one friends use, and ENT credit union (Actually, they just renamed to Wings Credit Union) might be a good one to check out.
