Hi all, I know of an excellent Retail Strip Development opportunity near me. The problem is I have no experience in this field and would love to go over the numbers and the project with someone who has experience with Retail Strip Development to determine feasibility.
Location: Southeast Wisconsin
Land: > 14 acre property subdivided into six lots. Land is already zoned "G-2"General Commercial zoning district. Land with this designation is primarily intended to accommodate large-scale retail, offices, and general. Also, this land is located at a HWY Intersection which averages between 15,000 and 25,000 vehicles per day (WSDOT).
Potential Project: 6,000 to 9,000 sq ft, 3-4 unit Retail Strip center. But, I am seeking advice determining optimal size and number of units.

I don't have any direct connections for you. I know someone who may be able to share the knowledge they've accumulated over the years as a commercial realtor and POSSIBLY a commercial investor as well. I know he's a residential investor, he's transitioned to a commercial agent...and he may have been dabbling himself more recently.
