Hi BP community — I’m a landlord in **Chicago (East Rogers Park, 60626)** and I’m looking for recommendations for an **independent leasing agent** or **small/boutique broker** who works with short-term or mid-term rentals.

I have a **fully furnished 1BR corner unit** in a gated condo building that rents easily to **travel nurses, grad students, interns, medical workers, and visiting faculty**. I’m just looking for someone to handle **showings + basic tenant screening**.
