Hi,
I am new to real estate investing and looking into turn key providers. One company I am researching is Joint Ops Properties in St. Louis. I've not seen any reviews in the Bigger Pocket forum and just looking for feedback from anyone that has had experience with them.
Also please recommend any other turn key providers that would be worth while speaking to. New to game so any insight would be helpful.
I am just now coming across information that this company presented but am having a hard time finding any data on them on google. Were you able to find any info on them?
Did anyone work with this group? I have contacted them about properties -- response has been mixed. I am concerned their website redirects to Google.com. In the end, my gut feeling suggests no further interactions with them.

Joint Ops Properties was operationally affiliated with Vreeland Capital in my experience. I later invested through Jimmy Vreeland / Vreeland Capital's turnkey system across four properties.
My experience involved substantial rehab overruns, long delays, communication problems, final values below projections, and total losses exceeding $100K. I documented the deal-level details here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/964/topics/1297798-my-1...
I would not recommend working with any entities associated with Jimmy Vreeland, including this one (Joint Ops).
