My name is Arijan. I am a real estate investor looking to buy in the Chicago land area. In search of turnkey portfolios (single-family), with a max price between 60-80K per door. Looking to close within 30 days.

    are you planning to finance the portfolio or purchase cash? At that price per door, if you're buying multiple stabilized rentals, the financing structure can matter since some lenders have minimum loan sizes on individual properties. A portfolio/blanket structure may be worth looking at depending on the number of homes and rents.
