Looking for a reliable and experienced general contractor in the Chicago area for fix and flip projects.
I need a GC with a solid crew who is experienced with investor rehab projects and understands draw-based payment structures. This project requires someone organized, professional, and able to complete work based on milestones and inspections.
Requirements:
Must have verifiable rehab experience
Must have a reliable crew
Must be able to show proof of completed work
Must provide references I can call and verify
Must be comfortable working with lender draws/draw inspections
Must provide clear pricing and scope breakdowns
Must communicate professionally and stay organized
Must be able to finish work that has already been started
