REInMakers — The Property Fact Checker for Smarter Investment Decisions

We’re looking for 3–5 active residential real estate investors to beta test REInMakers using a real residential property they are currently evaluating. You will receive a free REInMakers Residential Snapshot report if chosen.

REInMakers researches zoning, ordinances, permitted uses, and property-specific issues that could affect an investor’s plans for a property before they buy.

Examples of questions we can research:

• Can I use this property as a short-term rental?
• Can I add an ADU or another dwelling unit?
• Can I convert the property to a duplex or multifamily use?
• Is the existing use permitted?
• Are there zoning or ordinance restrictions that could affect my renovation plans?
• Is there anything regulatory I should know before moving forward with this deal?

What Beta Testers Receive

Selected testers will receive a REInMakers Residential Snapshot at no charge for one property they are actively considering.

In return, we’re asking for honest feedback about:

• Whether the report answered your question
• Whether the information was clear and useful
• Whether it helped you evaluate the property
• Whether this type of research would be valuable during your normal buying process

Your Deal Stays Your Deal

REInMakers is not an investment company, and we are not looking to buy, fund, broker, or compete for properties submitted for research.

Your information will not be sold, used for lead generation, or shared for marketing purposes. Property details will only be used as needed to complete the requested research and evaluate the REInMakers beta service.
