Building my second brain for my personal and business life was hugely transformational to operate in a much more organized and informed way. I have all the records and spreadsheets populated and updated automatically with deal info etc for example, analysis of opportunities is being done in its own, and the system is so aware of the greater context in a way that surfaces materials that I didn't even consider.

Most of those who build it on their own feed it manually, meaning constant copy paste - the beauty in what we're building is having an agent on a schedule picking up materials from email, calendar, and meeting transcription apps so that the knowledge system builds on its own. I was so excited about it that I wrote a book explaining how to build it and then even built an app for those who told me they just want it working without the setup! if of interest.
