      Hi Alan,

The credit score depends on the type of loan and the loan details. The better the loan often the lower the credit score that is needed. If you have a potential deal let us take a look and we can better assess if you will qualify. REgards

      Hi Alan,

Not necessarily. It depends on the deal you are looking to fund? For example if you need a DSCR loan which uses rental income to support the loan there is no credit score required. Typical short term bridge loans the t credit score is 650 however depending on the deal a lower score might be acceptable. Another approach is to have a garantor on the loan that has a higher credit score. This could be a spouse or parent, or business partner. Just an option is needed. Please let me know if you would like me to review your deal for options.

      Thanks
