I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable property management company in the Toledo, Ohio area.
I own several rental properties there and recently had an unexpected situation with my current property manager, so I’m now evaluating my options.
I’m considering either hiring another property management company or possibly self-managing remotely. My biggest concern with self-management would be handling maintenance requests, emergencies, tenant communication, and coordinating reliable contractors since I don’t live in Ohio.
If you own rentals in Toledo and have a property manager you’ve had a good experience with, I would really appreciate your recommendations.
I’d also love to hear from anyone who successfully self-manages Toledo properties from out of state and what systems you use for rent collection and maintenance.
