Hi all, I just bought a multi use commercial building (2 residential and 1 commercial unit) that was up for auction and have talked to a couple of contractors and handymen but have been told either the address is outside of their scope of work or haven't gotten a response despite multiple texts and calls. There's water intrusion in the basement, roof billowing, HVAC vent misplacement and egress window non-compliance.

Chris Madden for roofing evaluation and estimate at 419-215-3724. Glass City HVAC at 419-470-0178. As an out of state investor it is going to be difficult dealing with them. You may want to consider local representative or come in town and deal directly with them. If you share the address I may be more helpful.
