I started a Property Management Company....Now I want to hear from YOU, Investors.

After spending 13 years in the property management industry, including over 10 years in upper management with leadership roles such as Financial Director, I finally decided to take a leap of faith and start my own company, Southern Magnolia Property Management, serving Augusta, GA, and the surrounding CSRA area.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to experience property management from multiple perspectives, including daily operations, financial oversight, budgeting, resident relations, and managing teams.

I've seen what works, what doesn't, and where the industry sometimes falls short.

And after years of helping manage properties for other companies, I started asking myself...

What if I built a property management company that focused on what property owners actually WANT?

I want to hear directly from the investors and rental property owners who are trusting property management companies with their investments.

1) What is the #1 thing you look for when hiring a property management company?

2) What has been your biggest frustration with property managers?

3) Is pricing your deciding factor, or are you willing to pay more fore better service and communication?

4) What financial reports or information do you except your property manager to provide?

5) What does excellent communication look like to you?

I'm not here to give a sales pitch. I'm here because I genuinely want to learn from the people who are investing their hard-earned money into real estate.

So, whether you own one rental property or an entire portfolio, I'd love to hear your perspective!

Rebecca, I want bad news early, with a clear next step. If a repair is delayed, tell me what is holding it up and when I’ll hear from you again. Silence until the monthly report is what would worry me. A short list of unresolved items beside that report would be useful too: what needs my decision, what your team is handling, and what is waiting on a vendor.
