Deal alerts not working

I set up deal alerts in few websites like Redfin, Zillow, realtor etc. My email alerts for specific search like specific location zip code city at specific price not coming regularly or daily etc. How and where I should set up alerts successfully so that I get immediate alert of email or text
Please advise

Have you talked with a local realtor? Generally they are best for getting immediate notifications when something hits the MLS

Hey Gp,
The portals pull from the MLS on their own schedule, so their alerts lag and sometimes skip listings. The fastest alerts come straight from the MLS. Also, investor friendly Agents can curate on and off market opportunities for you so you don't have to wade through "the ocean of bad opportunities" on those generic searches.
