Looking to Connect with Mortgage Brokers for Investor Deals

Hey everyone, I’m an Account Executive with Civic Financial Services, working with real estate investors on financing for fix-and-flips, rental properties, bridge loans, and ground-up construction.

I’m looking to connect with mortgage brokers who work with real estate investors and are open to building relationships with additional lending partners.

If you’re working on deals and ever need another financing option for a client, I’d be happy to connect, learn more about your business, and see where we might be able to work together.

Feel free to comment or send me a message. Always happy to build good relationships with people in the industry.

Hey Darius - welcome to BP. Civic is solid on the fix-and-flip and ground-up side.

I'm on the private lending / broker side as well - mostly DSCR and fix-and-flip for 1-4 and small multifamily. Always good to have additional takeout options for clients when Civic's box doesn't fit, and vice versa.

Happy to connect and compare notes on what you're seeing for guidelines right now, especially on bridge-to-DSCR exit.

    Feel free to DM.

Hey Darius, always good to connect with people who understand investor financing. Having reliable lending partners can make a big difference, especially when deals involve tight timelines or unique property situations.

I'm a mortgage broker and work with real estate investors. Curious what types of investor loans you're seeing the most demand for lately?

Hey, lately I've been focused on fix-and-flip, DSCR rental, and ground-up construction financing. I'm seeing opportunities with investors who need funding for their next project or are looking to refinance into long-term rental financing.

Since you work with investors as well, I’d be interested to hear what you’re seeing on your end. There may be some good opportunities for us to work together and be a resource for each other’s clients.
