I'm starting out in real estate wholesaling and looking to connect with real estate agents across the US who work with investment properties, off-market opportunities, distressed properties, or motivated sellers.

I like your approach to building genuine relationships in the industry. I'm in the business funding space with 850Floyd Financial, and I work with real estate investors and business owners who need access to capital. We offer business lines of credit, 0% APR business credit cards, business loans, SBA funding, and revenue-based financing. I also have access to aged shelf corporations that may help certain business owners meet lender business-age requirements.
I think there could be some good opportunities for us to collaborate, especially as you start building relationships with investors and agents. Always good to connect with people who are serious about growing in this industry.

@Eko Era Absolutely, Eko! I think building those relationships is one of the best ways to grow in this industry. A lot of the investors I focus on working with are fix-and-flippers, rehabbers, and people looking to acquire investment properties who may need additional capital to take on more deals.
My role is helping them explore funding options outside of traditional investment property loans, especially when they need capital for renovations, operating expenses, or expanding their business.
