Would love to hear what associations you are a member of. I am first time investor and I want to get in front of these groups in my local area and just hear of what association you are part of for future collaborations with BiggerPockets. Let me know the following:

@Candice Coates, I’m based in Maryland, and Baltimore REIA is one group I’ve been involved with through speaking and educational events. They serve Baltimore and the surrounding area, have a monthly main meeting plus other meetups, and offer both in person and online events.

As a real estate attorney, I appreciate opportunities to talk with investors before they’re dealing with a contract or property issue. These groups give people a place to ask questions and meet others working in the same market. Happy to connect here, too!
