Hi everyone! 👋
I’m looking to connect with like-minded people in the real estate community, especially real estate investors, experienced cash buyers, and real estate agents.
I’m a wholesaler and i'm interested in learning from others, building genuine professional relationships, exchanging ideas about the market, and understanding how different people approach real estate investing and opportunities. I’d love to connect with people who have experience with investment properties, off-market opportunities, working with cash buyers, or collaborating with other real estate professionals.
If you’re active in the real estate space and enjoy networking, sharing knowledge, and building long-term professional relationships, I’d be happy to connect and learn more about what you do.
What area of real estate are you currently focused on, and what markets do you work in?
Looking forward to learning from the community and connecting with others here!

Hi @Eko Era! I'm a real estate attorney, broker, and investor based in Maryland. I mainly work with investors, landlords, and property owners on real estate transactions, contracts, LLCs, and other property related legal matters.
I've worked with clients navigating different stages of real estate investing, and one thing I've seen is how important clear agreements are, especially when working with wholesalers and cash buyers. It's great to see you connecting with others in the industry!

Welcome in, Eko Era — as an agent who works with a lot of investors, here's what makes wholesalers easy to work with: bring real deals with real numbers. When you reach out to an agent or cash buyer, lead with the address, your asking price, and the rent or ARV comps — not just "I have deals." Agents remember the wholesaler who sends two clean deals a year far more than the one who blasts 200 vague ones. Second tip: learn your market cold. Know which streets renters want and which they avoid — nothing builds trust faster than actually knowing the territory. And show up in person when you can; the local meetups beat cold DMs every time for building real relationships. What market are you wholesaling in, and are you focusing on SFH or something else?
Thank you for the advice. I’m focusing on Virginia, Washington, and California, primarily family homes. I really appreciate your insights! Which market do you work in most?
Anytime, Eko Era — those are solid markets to focus on. I work mostly in Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. Happy to keep trading notes as you go.
