Some basic things to look for- Does the service only offer up to a certain number of phone numbers or email addresses like 3 or 5 of each.

The PM finally turned in the final walk through report a week later, with pictures, and recommended charging back:-Cleaning-Wall damage (normal wear and tear)-Broken window screens-Landscaping Bed Clean up: Bed maintenance was the tenant responsibility, and on 3 check-ins by the PM, this was never addressed or corrected.
