What Brand and color paint would you guys suggest?

I have the opportunity to cherry-pick an individual lot or two that has already been foreclosed in advance of that.That's a horse of a different color!

I dedicated three months to remodeling the interior myself, transforming the space with a vibrant Retro Tiki vibe featuring splashes of color and creative design.

I picked nice paint colors, a nice light gray on the interiors, a nice pale blue in the bathrooms and an awesome slate with white trim on the exterior.

If the motivation is wrong, or if you are under funded (sub 2, especially) or you look at REI with rose colored glasses, bad things are going to happen.  

You're being unhelpful -  I would not put it as colorfully as that, but I think the over all point is that to some degree your general mentality may not be as conducive to the way a lot of landlord dynamics work.

What they don't care about: type of countertops, kitchen cabinets, brand of appliances, massive bathrooms, paint colors (so long as they're reasonable), age of house (other than reasonably weatherized so utilities are cheap).
