I would bet that since purchasing the course: All the study time, implementing ground work steps to set up systems, driving for dollars and all the miscellaneous phantom time expenses. 8 hours a week would be 96 hours.

I spoke with one of their agents before  and he help set the ground work that I would need to have 5k non refundable earnest money to do contract and I would have to decide fast before one of the other agents brought a buyer first. 

Pace may have done some honest things but only to lay the groundwork for his ponzi scheme.
