I watched the tutorial and searched the forums for workarounds, but still can't get them to work...

There were a lot of different tutorials from the setup I did with leadpropeller.

Graphs, read outs for exit strategies for flipping, buy/hold, refi, wholesale projects etc. plus a tutorial video.

Went to @Brandons tutorial & followed instructions.

I have researched how to set it up but it is a bit over my head with some tutorials citing the desktop version versus online.

I want some hands on experience so tutorials or simulators are awesome as well. 

Also, I've been surprised with how many home projects can be tackled with a couple of hours on YouTube watching some tutorials.
