We  Need to order a dumpster for the demolition.We have been calling tree surgeons today because we have to remove a large tree from the front of the property  and remove trees in back of the property.

What if the buyer were a neural surgeon making $4M per surgery, and needed some kind of loss to write off against his/her income?
