I am clearly not an artist or even very good at drawing a straight line, so understand this is amateurism at its finest, but these before/ after sketches should give you an idea of the floor plan changes.

Nothing screams "amateur" more than a nice smooth patch on a rough textured wall. ;-)You can buy small cans of texture touch-up for under $10 at a hardware store.

@Marlon Thomas Jr , while your ambition/goal is commendable,  don't expect banks and investors to trust you with their money when you're a 20-yr old amateur with no experience.I know of a success: a family friend didn't want to go to college.
