All of us real estate site owners and bloggers are always looking for ways to get more content or backlinks to boost our rankings.

Wholesalers by definition need a below-market price.The bottom line is that instead of listening to gurus, Youtubers or bloggers, research and read your state's real estate laws and you'll avoid trouble.

Bloggers?

There are a bunch of biased bloggers and people online driving traffic to his web site, and I assume that they are all earning commissions doing that.

@Jared Palacios I am new so others might have different opinions but I would read articles on bigger pockets, read tons of real estate books, watch Youtube videos/ bloggers that are doing deals and just take as much information in as possible.

But I wouldn't link that one in anyway, because that blogger just plagiarized the original source verbatim.

I used to be on Blogger but migrated to WordPress as my content grew.
