Honestly, I switched over to PriceLabs because I stumbled on a STR blogger that claimed it was more accurate for US-based STR properties.

Additionally, in the blog you can search any topics of interest and I always find gold nuggets of wisdom from other bloggers.

I don't post for points.I like discussions,answering questions,and learning new things myself and how other areas of the country operate and do deals.Some people are more bloggers and others like forums more.I can tell you if you simply share knowledge that is accurate and true you will pick up connections and business using Bigger Pockets.A lot of people read a post and then contact you privately.They do not want to be in the public eye and I respect that.

BP bloggers know how to look for good deals, so it's surprising that purchasing at higher rates would be acceptable.

Maybe a top blogger and forum contributor, I'm sure there are many ways to say thanks to those who might give a little more keeping the site moving.
