The market in my area is over populated with flippers and the stock of suitable homes for flipping is all but exhausted so I went with the buy and hold strategy, it is working. 

Another reason why I am looking for income in other states is because I was participating in the ************** auctions, which a lot of the west coast states hold their auctions at is getting over populated and the homes are being sold at market value.So I am trying to find other ways I can make this work.Do you feel like I am making the right move?

Because of the over population and growth of Columbia the city is helping people fund apartments in our downtown area and such.

This will be a good indicator that the person is at taking responsibility for the dog's medical care and the dog overpopulation problem. 

They may be easier to work with I know the offices in Miami are typically a mess and over populated

Vacationers are looking for the real "Hawaii Life" on Oahu where the South is over populated, North Shore still has it.

Of course you have a  security camera on the entrance mentioned clearly on your profile  to help discourage people  from overpopulating your house?

It is a great business so I advise you to get into it before its overpopulated.

Just a consideration at playing a contrarian strategy, if everyone is thinking of investing in the sun belt burbs - perhaps inner city Midwest and the potential for gentrification are under appreciated strategies.I agree that mid west is overpopulated in that sense, but thats the way it is and the way the country developed, and the future population growth is not going to leave these cities empty.

What I know is that your crazy area “planners” had 3 too many Old Milwaukee’s after a Packer game and decided that they didn’t need any zoning to prevent the over population of multi-family homes.
