Just my opinion on the matter since you are already received some great advice from Jeremy & Max specifically, I think that if you can avoid within the city limits due to transfer tax and maybe keep an eye on C+ neighborhoods, that would be the ticket.

That inconsistency led me to question other charges, especially since I did not have access to underlying vendor invoices to independently verify the costs being referenced.Even in Nate’s most recent follow-up, I received invoices for the lock rekeys and utilities, but not the full set of supporting documentation for all move-out repairs.
