Hollywood has moved here, celebrities and movie stars have sold their homes in California and moved here, Facebook has moved here, Porsche has moved here, BMV has moved here, Mercedes Benz has moved here, GE, this is a top 5 city for millennials, the Beltline was spoken about, and then was enacted as was the new stadium, underground Atlanta was just bought for millions and will be completely reconstructed by 2020, the new Westside park will be open around the same time.

The letter is way too long.If you have ever watched celebrities they practice communication in a clear and short way as possible.

But it doesn't seem like that is what you are referencing when you celebrate the 40k profit...Good to meet you David...
