The cost is nominal, and the borrower pays anyway.I do agree that fractionalized loans are among the best kept secrets in both lending and borrowing.

Overall, RTR has a tremendous reputation in the industry and certainly among the BP community. 

It's going remain among the most in-demand cities world wide owning some land there is a really good bet, but you still want to be diligent and appropriate with how you enter.

I'm looking to understand the local market differences among the cities in Utah - Salt Lake City, Lehi, Orem, Provo (or others), for Single Family or small (2-4) Multifamily Rental property investment. 

Seattle, Portland, and Dallas reported the highest year-over-year gains among the 20 cities.

It's a network and trust thing among the people involved.

If you're going to do direct mail, do something different with it or it will get lost among the others that people receive.
