Would you like information on how to transform your life from the one you have to the one you dream of?

It's definitely transforming my investing.

We don't own any of the diciplines it takes to transform raw land to building lots then homes to sell.We sub it all out. so technically I think we are the developer.. only.. we hire GC to build for us on a fee basis. 

Some areas have transformed over the years and national tenants would want to possibly go into one of your spaces if a local vacates.

Definitely see plenty of places advertised as a part of a transforming district when they really aren't.Living in St Louis City I hear many people comment on the transformation of areas in the last few years but that doesn't mean all neighborhoods have similar trends.  

I love taking a distress property and transforming it into something beautiful.  

Although making money is important, I love the aspect of improving distressed neighborhoods and transforming undesirable properties into something beautiful. 

I'll be posting pictures of the progress I have been making on this property so you all can see the transformation (just be happy I can't share the hoarder house smell that was trapped inside the home!).
