I know you are up in Fort Worth, but wanted to ask if through your dealings if you might know of any good local credit unions/portfolio lenders in Austin that fit the mold of what we were talking about above.I've compiled a list of my own, but wanted to see if you might have any recommendations.Thanks!

My software compiles your properties into a "portfolio".

In my town I've seen a list of properties that compiled the property owners and their addresses for people that were in arrears on property taxes.

Once I worked through the list I compiled the addresses and sent the mailers. 

All the big companies compile lists.

I have actually driven around in an area that I had investors interested in and compiled my own list based off of the county records. 

I tried to compile some of the benefits for each party, but I'm not sure what the downsides are when conducting this type of transaction with family.  

You could also look to Airdna.co for compiled information if you want so pay a little to analyse this.Mike
