REI and business has interested me throughout the past few years but I am now taking the actual steps to transform my future to fit these desires.I am active duty Air Force and looking to transition into REI so that I can leave the service when my current enlistment is up.

I really think Camp Creek Parkway will lead a lot of changes and transform this side of metro Atlanta.

I'd rather invest with the local 26 year old who lives in their second house-hack, drives their 10 year old car, and is raising their first small apartment syndication that they will self-manage, putting their own money into the deal, than some 45-year old guru who's secret sauce turned out to be their ability to charm on TikTok, but really, their approach to deals ended up being the "secret" to transforming $300M in real estate into $215M between 2021 and 2025.  

Sure, but then you are either a HUGE company employing many people, or you are a small time investor that only gets 1 lead a month.If you are either of these, you are no threat to me because people don't want to sell to a huge company, and people do not want to sell to a small time wanna be investor.So my claims are justified.That is how I transform all the flaws of my competitors into features of my business and I boost my credibility score.No, do not do bandit signs.

Wholesale is resale of a product without transformation.

It was not because it had anything to do with my website or my transition to online marketing, but moreso it had to do with a lot of things happening for me & my family, within a short amount of time, that took me away from the REI business: My wife was pregnant and had our 2nd child in July 2018.We moved out of our home, due to a decision we made about moving closer to my wifes job.We also spent time putting our house on the rental market; we are now we are buy & hold investors.Going through a personal weight loss transformation...so far lost about 27lbs in 9 weeks.Closed down my private counseling business so I can create more time to be with my family.Had to hold off on investing my funds into the online marketing portion in order to re-evaluate my wife and I's finances (i.e. student loans, credit cards, mortgage, etc).
