So I pretty much want to find someone who can just evaluate my properties with data and experience and tell me what to do, like a consultant.I did the pitch for the BNB Investor Academy, currently $12k btw, and I was a little bummed because it seems like more of a school, and when I messaged Michael on IG he said it wasn't a school and that I should sit through the pitch.

There are other areas too.I mean there's a few ways this goes; fed funds cuts rates(no saying 10 year goes down) due to market/economy/inflation turmoil, govt induces some federal housing help, lenders allow some re-structuring(perhaps allowing mortgage wraps with conditions?)

They are suffering from their own stupidity, being "over-leveraged", and the investor from greed/fear inducing a good old fashioned Bank RUN on them, which they don't of course have the funds to pay out without bankrupting themselves.
