Things are just too tight right now, and then when they're not tight, no one probably wants to spend them money for a possible NOI increase due to insurance decrease.Almost no one did solar with the same model ideas.Is your syndicator guru on board?

I’m operating out of DFW (ground zero for the insurance crisis), and we are seeing a disturbing trend with Class B/C operators.Because insurance premiums have doubled, operators are raising deductibles to $25k or $50k just to make the DSCR work for the loan.
