So if I'm profitable and growing in an area that realty trac claims sees 1.3% returns on flips.......I need to expand to the new England Area.I dont know how they compile the data, but to claim there were only 993 flips in Harris County in the last 12mo is pretty funny.

When you compile the itemized bids, you can pick and choose specific tasks when you end up going with your one GC based off the advice given by all.
