He said he stared at computers all day - I think he's involved in Logistics or possibly helps with the drone operations there - as I'm thinking there's another center where they fly drones out of overseas but I'm not sure if the Army is involved or it's purely Airforce that does that.Anyways not sure if you'd have access to possibly a working phone number of someone in that building or an email list or something - when I've called the main number for McConnell they seemed to act as if the Army unit (and likely rightfully so) was completely doing their own thing and had no contact numbers.Everytime I call up there I get nowhere except for the one time the commanding officer happened to answer the phone. 

Just trying to wrap my head around the logistics, haha.

This comes with some logistical and timing headaches with moving and selling of your other home but when it’s all done it’s worth the equity.

So just think about it, any strategy taken by them has a distinct/significant advantage, mathematically/statistically/logistically over anything that the USA can possibly achieve in the realm of sequestering/mitigating/testing 300+ million.

Now, I don't own 100 units, so those logistics could be tougher.

The tough part is the logistics with cleaners, handymen, emergency calls, tradespeople, etc. 

Deporting 10 MILLION people.... ok "Mein Führer", exactly how do you propose to logistically do that?

For me, maintenance became a huge struggle when I had to help my grandfather manage his company as he became too old to keep managing his company, and with my background working logistics at Amazon I realized what a logistical nightmare maintenance was becoming and how much of my time it was eating and hiring additional help is always difficult since I don't know many people with a burning passion for maintenance scheduling, so as good as the work was I always knew it was a temporary hire that could leave at any moment.While reading through here I have to agree that at a certain point having a property manager handle everything from top to bottom is incredibly valuable especially if your intention is passive income.

Fortunately I'm savvy enough to know that would probably be a logistical nightmare, maybe we can team up and do it!  

Not to mention the logistic nightmare of maintaining and convincing the court you're splitting personal expenses from business.
