Curious to know your metrics for gauging market demand in s.s. unit count per resident/household compilation.

Data mining and compiling lists are the big time suckered for me.

However, I'd like to use the free online sources to use comps on sold properties in the areas I'm interested in and compiling data in a spreadsheet I can keep track of.

The county doesn't compile lists, all they do is publish these notices.Hope that helps!

Also I did a tiny bit of research and it looks like the "insider circle" is actually just a collection of lists they compile for you.

You will need to compile a convincing case as to why the cities established maximum blockface density should be exceeded in this instance.

So as of now I’m not interested in wholesaling and I’m not ready to compile a list of buyers, so targeting certain properties and hand writing letters fits with my current “business model.”
