This mesh setup seems to really gel with smart devices, and we're seeing fewer issues.

Is this a property you manage, or are you a tenant that has moved out..Normal wear and tear is not something you can charge for. excessive soil on walls like nicotine smoke a landlord can charge for to restore the wall surfaces, or excessive nail holes from picture hanging or such.

I use a 2" gel memory foam topper on top, then the Sealy padded cover over it all.

Amazon says the firmness is "Medium" which is the same stated firmness as the Zinus Cooling Gel, yet at half the price I might have to jump on it.

In addition I carry a pepper spray gel.

Gel pen or ball point pen for the letter or either ?

This mattress is amazing for what it costs.Prior to discovering the Marley I've also gone through the Zinus Green Tea (lasted 12 months) and a Linenspa gel/spring hybrid (lasted 10 months).

The gel study has been performed and their recommendation is 15’ from the fault line.
