And I know he is not going to finish in probably any time soon or maybe none. this is the most heart aching thing I ever encountered.  

What type of medicine do you practice?

Unless you plan to get a degree in medicine, law, engineering or some other "professional" degree it's my opinion that college is as much, if not more, about the experience then the actual physical degree.

I do know that it is a world class city, truly, for medicine and biotech. 

But if you had an issue with ALL your ACH's, and was not aware of who was sent payments and who was not, why not send owners an email alerting them of the problem?

And what's their turnaround for ACH deposit?

At $2k a month income, that barely will keep maintenance, insurance, and taxes on a house, a car gassed, insured and maintained, medicine/medical expenses, and food on the table. 

We just have to put the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and install the light fixture in the first apartment that is almost ready,  We have advertised the apartment for $1,000 and have gotten some response but no one has come to see it yet.
