The home is technically a split home (it shares a garage wall with only one other home), but it has a front and backyard, a garage, and ample parking.This was my first post here, and I didn’t expect this much feedback, so I’ll add a couple more details.

The worst backyards I’ve ever seen have been fenced in to hide the disaster.  

., folks who say they have no pets but post pictures of pitbulls chained up in the back yard and comments that puppies are available for only $600 a pup and, sadly, women who post pictures of themselves that appear to imply they charge by the hour).

The closets were full of men and women’s clothes, and there was a perfectly functioning pool in the backyard. 

Even facilities that have no onsite staff require oversight, so if it's not in your own backyard you'll have to higher someone to oversee it, which reduces profits quickly on smaller deals.

Realtors I know describe this as the shoulders, a new baseball field goes in, and the halo extends 5 blocks.

Then move in to the backyard of the house until they leave.

For my first deal I'm inclined to stay in my back yard, hopefully learn the ropes and be more tactile in the process.

Things like the railroad track is 50 feet from the back yard, an outdated floor plan that can't be changed, a junk yard next door, no parking, etc.
