I decided to try to maximize my Booking.com profile and increase bookings partly because I wasn’t getting enough bookings from Airbnb and VRBO and it worked, my bookings probably doubled coming primarily from the Booking.com genius level customers, who supposedly have fewer cancellations and give hosts more bookings.

And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.
