Buy a $20 certificate online instead of paying hundreds for animal transportation service.

I don’t actually drive much for my day job or life (I live in Chicago which has excellent public transport), but I’ve found having a car invaluable for “Driving for Dollars”.

In order for a college degree to be the best in the options listed, you would have to be able to attain a low cost degree but once which you graduate, stay in the field you studied and be paid enough to pay back the loans you have with enough left for cost of living (home, food, clothes, transportation, etc.) + money left for saving and investing. 

It is well located around other areas, close to major transportation / LAX, close to the coast, nice weather, etc.

AS long as property has good access to public transportation like light rail.

So far we have spent approx $12,000, not counting Gas and transportation.  

Is it available with public transportation?  

It shows how poor the wider transport network is to an extent--even widening out to 45 min doesn't expand the map as much as I thought.

There are some major transportation improvements underway here that we believe will improve home prices in that term.

We are on the verge of a nationwide quarantine which will halt all nonessential transportation.
