I don’t know if the offering is good, bad, or ugly; I don’t know if the terms are fair to investors or not; I don’t know if excessive fees are involved (I’ve never seen a drilling partnership where they’re not).

Need to be within couple of hours of Brooklyn to keep an eye on mom.I've recently built a "Tech Stack" for myself, that automates deal analysis, so my first contact with a deal is a preliminary deal assessment, containing all the information your agent would need to make an offer.

Did some research on moving the deed to an LLC, but it looks like FL is particularly tough with lawsuits involving short term rentals, and that piercing the corporate veil is much more difficult to avoid.
