The neighbors protested the interchange design and the state changed the design to skirt the neighborhood and ended up with 2 extar houses that they didn't need to tear down.

While maybe not a textbook-style education, I would heartily recommend "The Wealth of Nations" and "The protestant ethic and the spirit of capitalism" as good, baseline books to start with.The trouble I found with the textbooks I got exposed to was that they tended to obscure the forest for the trees, so to speak.

Shortly after they bought the sate condemned it for a road widening project.Bought a house from the state highway department that was supposed to be torn down, but citizen protest resulted in limited access highway redesign saving this house.Bought a house, not a mobile or modular on rented land.Bought the only privately owned land in the middle of a public park.Bought an airport.Bought an abattoir.

I happily paid him his small fee (despite his protests)...given the thousands he saved me by helping me avoid a bad deal, it was well worth it.- Lastly, the thing I like about guys like Aaron is that they are often investors also, so they can look at your project not just as a contractor, but also an investor.

The broker would send a 15 day notice based on whomever signed the termination and the other party would have the opportunity to respond and/or protest.
