here is some values for my market assuming no crazy trees or other big maintenance items (pool, etc)  and no exiting large maintenance/cap ex coming (such as needing new roof, kitchen, foundation, plumbing, etcclass low b to low c, 2/2, ~800’unit- attached; $450/month- detached: $550/monti recently did undereriting on a 4/2/1 cabin that I used $650/month. may seem crazy high tomany.
