This does require significant SE income, of course.Quite often when people are trying to become eligible for a Solo 401k, their main goal is transferring and investing with existing retirement funds rather than making significant contributions.

The interesting thing is that these roles result in high attrition and aren't well-paying jobs per se, so frankly the correlation between Amazon and local real estate is still yet to be seen.

I have always had self directed ( entrust ) and now Brain Eastman set me up with the best method which is solo check book IRA ... there is no over sight per se other than if you make an investment that is not allowed the IRS can ding you..

So many people want something for nothing here, Im not talking to the OP, or anyone else here per se, but how many times do people tell someone here to "just take a contractor" to a bunch of properties they don't, and probably wont own to "give an estimate" for repair costs.
