It happens to me all the time...I think money is missing, then I remembered I got gas or whatever.So next time u have a worker enter the apartment and they say a $10K diamond ring came up missing, are you going to replace that as well?

so junk fee's are not included in your apr.and you dont advertise your junk fees  you advertise your points.. and when ALL of your competition is at 1 to 3 points with no up front disclosure of junk fee's in their advertisements then thats how you get the phone to ring..

Turned out to be a leaky seal between the toilet and the wax ring, The tub and the toile shared the same drain/waste pipe, and when the tub drained it overflowed at the wax ring, That is a $3.00 repair and took me about 10 minutes to do once I figured it out.Good luck!
