I.e New roof Central ac for two unitsNew kitchen and bath both units New electrical (old outdated)Front and rear porches need to be redoneNew plumbing (frozen pipes) house wasn’t winterized New drywall Can reuse most of the windows just new screens Security system and cameras New lightning (flush lighting) New roof on the garage and garage doors (possibly insulate) for winter time want to add a 1/2 bath to the first floors of each unit (More rental appeal 3bd 1bth vs 3bd 1.5 bath) Siding And paint Had ideas since it’ll be home of doing spray insulting to the attic  (livable space)  (save on heating and cooling cost long term)  So as you are networking get referrals for as many contractors as you can.

I believe the course ultimately sped up my understanding while also provided more up to date information ( a lot of older books are a little outdated on the financing end).

I've heard of some who still have the same info from when they first started their website/academy/training facility and just keep bringing people in using same old outdated info.Anyway, he seems like a good guy...can't spell to save his life...but a good guy...I would recommend anyone trying to join to make sure to listen to his podcast, and for a while, before signing up for anything of his...

As a data analyst, I will add that census is always outdated / inaccurate, so you won't see changes fast enough in growth markets.

Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.
