Each municipality is different.

Right now I am getting more bookings from booking.com then from AirBnB.Obviously every location is different, I am within 5 minutes walk to University so I get a lot of people coming for research and conferences as well as some students (I used to do student rentals before). 

I forecast having to provide paddle boards/kayaks/fishing gear to differentiate myself in the next season or two.

I do believe business management would be a definite advantage.I do not build homes, I buy rentals and flips so primarily understanding and differentiating a good buy from a bad one is all I require.

We plan on separating from the rest of the market based on the age of the building & product differentiation.

Reagan almost had it eliminated with a flat tax, but then political reality forced 2, then 3 tax brackets, and over the years the income differentials being treated differently have actually greatly expanded.  

Realistically most people assume you can earn 7-8 percent long term on most investments and that isn’t a big enough differential from your interest rates in my opinion

I think it's important to differentiate what requires a LICENSE and what requires a PERMIT.

They would rather loose 2-3% of a 50k differential rather then upset the seller or delay a sale with a big price reduction.
