Right now I am getting more bookings from booking.com then from AirBnB.Obviously every location is different, I am within 5 minutes walk to University so I get a lot of people coming for research and conferences as well as some students (I used to do student rentals before).

They would rather loose 2-3% of a 50k differential rather then upset the seller or delay a sale with a big price reduction.
