You may come across pushback with having co-gendered units so as you grow I would suggest leaving room to have unit(s) that are male and female only for those who are more comfortable with living with others from the same gender. 

I finally told the staff member who was a male about 6' 5" 350 lbs I was not going to sit there and be chastised by him for something I did not do!  

Whether you like it or not this is actual currency and by the seconds of time valued in actual US dollars with US cash dispensing ATMs etc...It has been mostly an Asian deal so far...We can speculate if the new tech is fully adopted by Americans what that could mean for the future.
